Located at the Vancouver downtown area, the Victoria Restaurant was established in 1991 and continues to be a popular restaurant for several decades. Known for its long history of Chinese cuisine, the restaurant is renowned for its authentic Hong Kong style dim sum and seafood dishes.

Ever since its opening in the current location, the Victoria restaurant has provided local and international visitors diverse and delicious traditional Cantonese dishes. We are proud to serve our guests with authentic Chinese delicacies by best chefs from Hong Kong. Situated inside the shopping mall of Hyatt Hotel in Vancouver, the Victoria Restaurant originated from the famous East Ocean Group as the Group’s flagship restaurant in North America. It is named after Victoria Harbour in the Central District of Hong Kong – the heart of Hong Kong Island where most government agencies and business centres are located.
Our restaurant can accommodate guests in more than 30 tables, our business hours are from Tuesday to Sunday, serving lunch from 11am to 2:30pm and dinner from 5:30 to 8:30pm. Plenty of parking spaces are available for guests and patrons.

The lunch specialties cover a wide selection of fresh and delicious dim sum, to name a few, shrimp dumplings (Har Gow), steamed pork and shrimp dumplings (Siu Mai), sticky rice in leaf, pan fried pork buns, steamed BBQ pork buns (Cha Siu Bao), crispy pork and chives spring rolls and steamed rice noodle rolls etc.

Our dinner menu offers a great variety of seafood and main courses. Customers can pick the spice level and style of cooking for fresh fish, lobsters and crabs. Our signature dishes include steamed lobsters/crabs with glutinous rice, steamed fish with diced olives or black bean sauce, fried crabs with chili and hot spices, deep fried prawns with salt and pepper, roast chicken, sweet and sour pork, Peking (Beijing) duck, sauteed diced beef with eggplant, roast duck, barbecued pork, pan fried vegetables etc. We also offer delicious soups such as sour and spicy seafood soup, wonton soup and house special soup. As for the choices of rice and noodles, we serve fried beef rice noodles, chicken Chow Mein, fried rice of Yang Chow style. Our desserts are prepared with local ingredients and traditional techniques such as rice ball topped with crushed peanuts, coconut milk jelly, mango pudding and dozens of innovative desserts.
